Day 7, August 31: That thing called courage

So, our primary task today is to read and understand this portion of Acts 4. The passage is a powerful and poignant reminder of the work of God through our obedience. It is also a reminder that courage does not come to us naturally, it is given to us supernaturally. Take time to read Acts 4 again closely. Use it to guide your prayer life as you pray for yourself and others in your church to be men and women of courage. By the way, congratulations for completing the first week of the thirty-day challenge. We will have a few more days of prayer; then we will be ready to move forward in gospel obedience. God is already at work in your life and in your church.
